Prāṇāyāma Classes

For those with at least one year of class experience with āsanas. Breath awareness and techniques taught, with supine and seated asanas. Online only, 45 minutes. Must have required props including mat, yoga blankets, bolster, chair, 2 blocks, and no less than 2 yoga belts.
